Torch On Elastomeric Felts
We install and repair all types of industrial roof, steel, tile, slate, etc.
We specialize in felt roof systems using Torch On Elastomeric felts.
Our industrial work for both large and small companies can be demonstrated & references will be provided upon request.
Felt Roof System Guarantees
We offer our customers three types of system guarantee:
10 Year System: 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus mineral edgings and upstands *
15 Year System: 1 x 2mm layer of felt, 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus mineral edgings & upstands *
20 Year System: 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus final mineral capping sheet plus mineral edgings and upstands.
The mineral capping sheet renders the top sheet maintenance free.
10 Year System: 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus mineral edgings and upstands *
15 Year System: 1 x 2mm layer of felt, 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus mineral edgings & upstands *
20 Year System: 1 x 4mm layer of felt plus final mineral capping sheet plus mineral edgings and upstands.
The mineral capping sheet renders the top sheet maintenance free.
* Both the 10 and 15 year systems should be treated annually. The final capping sheet of felt is treated using an aluminium solar reflective paint for protection.
The felt roof should be trated on an annual basis by repainting with aluminium solar reflective paint to prevent the oils within the felt from drying out.

Natural slate is a hand crafted product that comes in many different colours, sizes and textures,
contributing to the appearance and beauty of any building. Our experienced staff can provide detailed
information and architectural services from single size 1/4" thickness applications to intermingled
rough texture in random widths to graduated length and thickness. Slate, the sheltering stone, resists
all of nature’s elements. Slate described as Grade A for durability with experience in use of 75 to
100 years. Roofers experienced in slate application should be used.

Our time served City and Guilds (Advanced) craftsmen can turn your ideas into
cost-effective designs and then construct to the highest of standards. We offer
timber and UPVC doors, windows, porches and conservatories, all at low prices.
You are assured of prompt and personal attention in all matters.
Above is a recent example of our design and construction work. A 16 foot square
structural timber Pergoda, complete with stone roof in order to blend in with its
surroundings. Designed in house, it features a fully transiled deck with
spindle hand rails, entrance stairs and outdoor wiring.
